Work Party on Saturday Sept. 8, 2007

It was a soggy but productive day. The rain hadn't started when we arrived at 9:00am. A gentle sprinkle so started that increased in intensity through the day. Much was accomplished. The upgraded power line was run to "Trailer Row", the docks were pulled, the clubhouse was painted, and the rear of the clubhouse was lifted. We were thoroughly wet and muddy by the end of the day. Thanks to all for organizing and participating and for the end of work day beverages!

Nice photos Bob, although they really don’t convey the incessant and ever increasing rainfall! I hope your camera made it through ok.

For the trench photo, we should have shot one from the opposite direction (without the backhoe in frame) and made it look like we dug the entire thing by hand. :)

Hats off to Lucas for his professional backhoe operation; he was amazing.
